Baoji Top Titanium Industry Co., Ltd. main products are pure titanium and titanium alloy bars (round, flat, square), thick tubes, stepped shafts, special-shaped pipes, and cylindrical forgings.

At present, the company has over 22 utility models and 4 invention patents, among which the invention and processing method patent for titanium alloy thick-walled pipes is currently in the leading position in China.

By 2021 Baoji Top Titanium Industry Co., Ltd. is set to enter a new chapter as the constructions of the new complete production chain project is being finished. This Project with an investment volume of over 49 million USD is planned to include a wide range of workshops from smelting, forging, precision processing, sheet metal processing, quality inspection, and research and development center. It is equipped with an advanced vacuum arc furnace, electrode press, distributing systems, fast forging machines, radial forging machines, precision machining, inspection tools, and other advanced equipment. An annual production capacity of 2000 tons of titanium alloy ingots, 3000 tons of bars, 1000 tons of pipes, and 200 tons of deep processed products will be achieved, providing basic raw materials, forgings, and products for a wide range of industries including marine engineering, aerospace, medical equipment, etc.

The company has more than 100 sets of advanced equipment, including the introduction of Austria GFM SX45, SX25 and SX16 three radial forging production lines, of which GFM SX45 is the largest diameter forging machine in Northwest China.CNC radial and axial ring rolling machine, 20-ton EB furnace, 15-ton VAR furnace, 10,000-ton hydraulic press, 7,000-ton hydraulic press, 6,300-ton fast forging machine, high-temperature trolley-type heating furnace, automatic mixing system, automatic welding system, etc.
